A local engineering company needed to finance rapid growth, after being awarded two large contracts. We completed a complex business plan, which attracted Business Angels and resulted in a package of finance from grants, equity finance, the WDA, and the bank.

A specialist printing company decided to take the next step in their expansion plans, and moved to premises 3 x larger. To help finance this growth we sourced A.I. Grants of £20,000 towards Capital expenditure on premises and new equipment.

The Inland Revenue had started an enquiry into properties owned and rents received by a client. They claimed the client owned a flat, and had received rent, but not declared it. The client denied ever owning the flat. Some diplomatic, but tough questions to the revenue, identified that the revenue had been given information by the housing benefits office, that was incorrect. Our client was vindicated, and enquiry closed.

A partner had his partnership dissolved by court order, as a result of a dispute with his ex-partner. He needed a new company forming quickly, to continue in business. We helped, by forming his new company within two hours, on the same day.

A company director received a demand for inheritance tax This threatened his business, and his future. He had been in contact with two firms of chartered accountants, who both told him he would have to pay up. We found a solution, and saved him a whopping £125,000 !!
