Apex Accountancy & Tax Services Ltd was formerly Accountancy & Business Services, which was established by Peter Ball over 15 years ago, with the philosophy of providing professional accountancy services, but also to ensure client satisfaction, at a reasonable price.

Experience has taught us that many small businesses are not happy with their accountants. Their reasons vary, but some common complaints are—”my accountants are too slow……......too expensive………...I think I am paying too much tax, but nobody explains it to me………...I don’t get any advice from my accountants……….I need regular and up to date information about my business……….”

Our response is to provide our clients with advice, first and foremost, but not always at a cost to them. Our aim is to help clients with their business problems, by asking probing questions, and understanding their needs. The first half hour of any first interview is free of charge to all new clients.

Fees are agreed in advance, and payments are accepted by monthly or quarterly standing order. This assists cash flow for everyone, and there are no huge bills at the end of the financial year. PLUS we will agree to CAP* our fees!

BUT this is not all—a successful business needs a lot more than just accountancy services. It needs sound ongoing advice, and needs to obtain, and retain good paying customers. Our expertise in sales and marketing can help you with this most important part of your business plan. Without customers, you won’t have a business!  We CAN help you with your MARKETING.
