Basisof our Price Packages
- Ledger Accounts will be carry-forward from previous month and new transactions will be recorded accordingly. Further, trial balance and other statements will be drafted. Apart from the total transactions allotted in the chosen package, yearend adjustments related to tax are free, if required any.
- We will require one month advance notice if you choose to move to a new accounting team, to finish the pending work and transfer the books.
- We also provide backlog services to record the data of previous months or years. You will need to request it separately to be added into your package.
- Special services – Virtual CFO/ CPA Services/Accounting Firms, are also provided by us only to startup businesses. These are available in customized packages.
- Reason for transaction based pricing
- It can take hours or days in communication in related to collection of data, documents, explanation, proofs etc. which makes it incompetent for price basis.
- Transaction based pricing, on the other hand, is more systematic and reasonable as number of transactions depend on the size of your business.
- Cost for transaction based pricing is more predictable.
- The package includes; systems recommendation, invoicing, monthly reconciliations, details of accounts setup and monitoring, tax calculation and preparation, payroll and payroll allocation, monthly team meetings and monthly reporting.
- Available addon’s – AR/AP connection, sales tax filing and 1099 filing, inventory/asset management, budgeting setup, etc.
- The fees is payable monthly in advance via ACH or via a PayPal invoice.
